Located in the heart of Radium, this 2-bedroom + den condo is just a short drive to the national park hot springs, multiple golf courses & walking distance to the town`s many shops & restaurants. This is the ideal location if you are looking to explore the local area.

The living room features a 43` smart TV that is Internet-enabled with a premium cable package and Roku TV. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. Cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie while the big horn sheep slowly roam by the windows!
GOURMET KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)

- Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals
- Serving utensils
- Complete set of knives
- BBQ tongs
- Coffee maker (Drip)
- Blender
- Popcorn machine
- Waffle maker
- Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

We ensure all bedrooms come fully equipped with premium linens and pillows.

Enjoy the outdoor furniture and test out your grilling skills. The Propane grill will work great all year.
LAUNDRY
The unit has a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.
PARKING
You will have access to one (1) dedicated underground parking space. Additional outdoor visitor parking lot spaces available.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 5 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Smoking is only allowed outside of the complex parking lot. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although non-shedding pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

We only got to spend four days there but they were four of the most relaxing days we have had in a long time. We were celebrating my husband's birthday which we usually spend in Radium. This was the first time we rented a condo though & it was the best choice we made!When we booked online the host was super helpful & throughout our stay we were able to contact them & get quick replies to our concerns. The condo itself was even better looking in person then in pics! We were surprised how spacious & immaculately clean it was. Also it was fully equipped with everything that would make your stay comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with high quality dishware & the pots & pans were plentiful. We loved having a bbq & as for the balcony we often sat out there eating or just enjoying the view. We were also impressed with the decor & the king bed we slept in was very comfortable.The building itself was well maintained & the shower/changerooms for the hot tub & pool area were very clean. It was nice having access to a hot tub we were just sad our visit was a little too early for the pool, which hadn't opened yet for the season. Saying that the pool was bigger than we thought compared to what it showed in the photos. We noticed it was kept clean despite not being open as we saw the robotic pool cleaner in action.We definitely would recommend this host & this condo. We are hoping we will be able to return in a few months & stay longer.

Property was excellent! Our group of 5 enjoyed all amenities available. Property was clean, check in and access was easy to follow, would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Radium Hot Spring area.

Suite was exactly as stated. Clean and well stocked. It was perfect to for our family.

Easy to access and easy to park. Condo was clean. Tv was great and beds were comfortable. I’d prefer to have facecloths that didn’t say makeup remover on them. On the negative side, traffic on the road to the sawmill is busy and noisy. It was impossible to control the temperature in the unit. We set it at 19 c and it was 22-25 c.
