With the famous hot springs just a 5-minute drive away, an outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub (year-round) within the complex, and dining options in walking distance, you are right smack in the centre of the area`s most beloved highlights. When it`s time to relax, enjoy mixing cocktails in the chef`s kitchen or cozy up to the stunning fireplace with the fam. This is sure to become a repeat destination for years to come.
Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echos at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15 minute drive. The world famous Radium hot springs is only a 5 minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!
You won`t need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people.
3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker, you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Sorry, pets are no longer allowed at this property (for new bookings made from Dec 31, 2025 and onwards.)
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found them. If not, there will be a $150 replacement charge.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass onto the pool deck.

Great location, comfortable beds, well, appointed kitchen, quiet stay. I was there with three teenagers we had a great weekend, Chelsey and Jerod are great hosts. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was great. The communication from the property management company was exceptional. The space was large enough for us 2 couples to stay a week. Full kitchen was helpful and stocked really well. There's only one thing that would make it better in the future, a later check out. 10 am is much too early. However, that is not a complaint because everything was worth it.
