Escape to our spacious space where beachside serenity meets modern comfort! Our second-row retreat offers the best of both worlds, breathtaking ocean views without all the sand inside. Just a short stroll to beach access, this home is designed for relaxation, adventure, and creating unforgettable memories.

We usually stay at the outer banks for our beach vacations. We wanted to try something new and had a great stay in Surf City! We loved the area and the quick walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and the host is very responsive to messages.

Location was perfect. Just a short walk to beach access.plenty of room. Only drawback would be no detergent provided for dishwasher even though asked to wash dishes in dishwasher at checkout and no extra garbage bags for trash can.

Inside was as described however no bureau in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Lived out of a suitcase for the week. The deck furniture fabric was torn. The two deck chairs were unusable as the cloth material had rotted. The outdoor shower was gross as it had a buildup of black slime. The yard needed to be mowed. The outside stairs to the second floor living area had unstable railings. Would have expected a better deck/outside experience for the money we paid. Outside did not make a very good first impression. Have pictures.
