About this apartment rental
Discover our stunning luxury loft in the heart of Barcelona! Recently renovated, it’s designed to offer maximum comfort to groups of up to 8 people. With a modern and cozy style, this spacious apartment features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and well-being for all guests.
We’ve designed this space and will do everything we can during your stay to make you feel right at home.
We want your days in Barcelona to be unforgettable.
Important: From March through May 2025, there will be construction work to convert the street into a pedestrian zone, which may cause more noise than usual at certain times of the day.
We want to inform our guests of this inconvenience, and for that reason, prices during those months have been adjusted to include a special discount.
The apartment enjoys a prime location in an authentic 19th-century Barcelona neighborhood, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and many of the city’s most famous tourist attractions, such as the “Joan Miró Museum,” the city’s two cable cars, the Olympic Village, Montjuïc Castle, the Olympic swimming pools, and the city’s largest green space, “Montjuïc Hill,” as well as Plaza de España with its famous Magic Fountain and grand staircase. All this and much more makes this loft the perfect place to explore the city while enjoying the tranquility and comfort that only a luxury space can offer. With serene, warm, and inviting décor, this apartment offers the perfect balance between style and functionality.
LIVING ROOM: We’ve created a unique space for you to relax after exploring the city and share special moments with your friends and family.
Spectacular 85-inch Samsung SmartTV 2025—you’ll feel like you’re at the movies.
Large dining table that seats 8 people. The whole group can eat together at this table, as well as work.
KITCHEN: Comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook just as you would at home.
CLIMATE CONTROL:
A/C: The entire space is climate-controlled—both heating and cooling. We’ve installed two centralized “Mitsubishi” units—the most powerful on the market—so you can effectively regulate the desired temperature.
Radiators: For winter days, we’ve installed radiators in all the bedrooms and the living room, so that, combined with the A/C, the heat is more even and comfortable.
- BEDROOM 1: En suite, a bedroom with its own bathroom.
180x200 bed. Mattress and topper by “Astral Nature.” Assorted down pillows.
Under-bed storage space.
Spacious closet, desk—work area, comfortable sofa, and spacious bench. Ambient, adjustable lighting.

This apartment is large, comfortable, and clean. The host is friendly, communicates frequently, responsive to questions, and helpful with suggestions of places to eat. The beds are comfortable and, especially important for our group since we traveled during June, the air conditioning works well.
