This cozy studio, located on the first floor of the building, is designed for a comfortable stay in the heart of Alfama. It features a compact kitchen with a two-burner induction hob, microwave, extractor fan, and built-in mini fridge. Additional amenities include an electric kettle, toaster, and a multi-system coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto, Nespresso capsules, or ground coffee. The apartment is equipped with modern comforts such as air conditioning, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a pleasant stay.

The apartment features a 50-liter water heater, just please be mindful of hot water usage in both the kitchen and bathroom.
