Perfect for a short stay.

Centrally located and extremely clean property. Delicious food. The driver provided to us for sightseeing was helpful and knowledgeable..He ensured we were safe and supported us in finding good guides at the tourist spots. The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and looked after us very well.

We were on the 1st floor facing the main road and the traffic noise would filter through the windows.

Good location, friendly staff, can arrange taxis for you.

Very very loud hotel. Wedding venue is nearby, meaning music plays late until the night. Also, rooms are close so a lot of noise comes from the corridor. Breakfast choice is very limited.

The breakfast buffet was good .. Mr Ritik from the restaurant was very humble & welcoming n so was the rest of the from the restaurant ..

The front desk staff weren’t welcoming .. the housekeeping staff was quite unpolished and unprofessional…the lobby was ver noisy…

We were there during the Jaipur Lit Fest when it is hard to get accommodation at Jaipur. But we will not be back

Breakfast service was chaotic; mislabeled dishes; completely tasteless "soup" at the Asian section; watery "congee". No staff till 8.00 am yet breakfast starts before that!!

Convenient location and great staff.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms, the staff were very helpful and accomodating. We were on a bit of a schedule and they helped us keep to it. Location was also quite good.

Room service was a bit slow, buffet breakfast was just okay. The room upgrade wasn't worth it.

Comfortable one night stay in Jaipur.

Location was great. The room was very functional. Restaurant had great vibes and the food was great. Had a Rajasthani thali, and it did live up to the expectation. Breakfast spread was very well curated. Every staff was super courteous and checking checkout was a friendly efficient affair.

Friendly staff, good food and clean rooms and ambiance. Fairfield Jaipur delivers right up to their standard with a good budget.

The entrance is a bit congested with limited parking space. While the helpful security staff and valet will help you out of this situation, some people might it a bit troublesome, but it’s nitpicking at this point. The corridor leading to my room was quite smelly with guests leaving room-service trays and onions right outside their room.

Excellent service with an amazing smile.

We had an exceptional two nights at the hotel the service and the staff were absolutely fantastic they couldn’t do enough for us. Food was amazing and so was the breakfast too. They do Indian cuisine as well as English food too. Couldn’t have had better service than we did. Thank you for your service and excellent stay at the hotel.

Overpriced compact hotel room

Besides the staff at restaurant and the food and the laundry guy who did his best to clean my dress everything else was a major disappointment.

- Staff at check-in didn't seem interested in their job - The rooms were tiny, could not fit in 2 adults+ 1 child and 4 bags - Bathroom is tiny - Location is not prime -Overpriced - Unlike their peers in other states, not even a welcoming drink ( take example from Jodhpur) - Thieves - despite having a discount on laundry, same was not applied

Fantastic value for money, clean, great location, and awesome staff.

In its bracket of hotels, it must be one of the best. Very clean and comfortable rooms with all the basic amenities. The location is good. The breakfast was extensive with different options like Asian (congee, noodles, etc.), live egg station, Indian (both South Indian with live dosa station and North Indian like parothas). There were live counters of masala chai and Maggie instant noodles on the terrace, which I thought was a nice touch. The staff was super helpful. Praveen at the front desk gave us an early check in without any fuss. At the restaurant, Govind and Pawan went out of their way to give us an awesome experience. Chef Deepak personally came to the restaurant at every meal to check on the guests. Fantastic value for money.

I my wife n my son will never ever book this property again

The preparation of food was horrible. The chef was not aware about the preparation n taste of the food prepared by him.

We travelled from Ghaziabad n reached 2230 hrs at the hotel but we can’t order dinner bcoz of the management policy of limited snacks as midnight meal. We all three than ordered our dinner from ZOMATO. We booked 5 star it was just like some ordinary property. I won’t book the same property again.

Overall it was a satisfactory stay

The breakfast was quite good and the location of the restaurant was also ideal as it was on the rooftop with the advantage of more daylight and broad city views and also can enjoy the breakfast along with rain in the rainy season

Clean, Comfy & Relaxing Stay

As you would expect from a Marriott - beds comfortable, bedroom & bathroom clean & spacious with friendly staff. Lovepreet our housekeeper was excellent and so kind. Breakfast options are good.

Dinner wasn't too great - we opted for a la carte instead of buffet, so probably recommend buffet if you want dinner there. We had a small issue with the laundry as well but was rectified once speaking to the reception desk.

Lovely hotel, Excellent breakfast - however a bit pricy

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was also nice. The highlight for us was the breakfast and dinner, served at the restaurant. Location is also convenient, not far from a metro station, that would get you to the city center, however you would have to pass a very busy street to get there. Jaipur train station is just a few minutes away from the hotel.

The hotel was quite expensive, so maybe not of the best value. Further, there were issues with towels, which were gray and covered in stains. We asked the staff for new towels, however they still had the same issue. This has been a common issue across many hotels in India.
