    We have been meaning to stay at Reef since it's opening and feel lucky to have visited in time for it's first year anniversary!! Clizia and Alexandra are assets to this hotel having greeted and assisted us fully..it's people like these that the hospitality industry needs. We highly recommend visiting them!

    Lovely new hotel , beautiful rooms very comfy bed and great shower , lovely roof top pool great views of the sea and hill side , breakfast good and staff could not do enough for u , our favourite hotel on our trip to Malta / Gozo

    We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone at Reef Hotel Gozo for making our stay so memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere was wonderful, and every member of staff was friendly, caring, and highly professional. A special thank you goes to Chala, who always greeted guests with a smile and remained positive and attentive, even during busy and demanding moments. We would also like to thank Noemi and Richard for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding service throughout our stay. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the General Manager, whose dedication to guest satisfaction is clearly reflected in every aspect of the hotel. Her commitment to creating an exceptional experience is evident and greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your hard work, kindness, and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future. We are especially looking forward to using the spa area once it is fully operational, which will no doubt make an already excellent guest experience even more enjoyable.

    Would not recommend this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. Fright of my life on the last day - we were stuck in the lift when we were trying to go up to our room. The power in the lift suddenly went out, the lift jerked to a halt, and brought us down to basement level -3. We saw the Otis Elevator van outside the hotel the day before (Otis acquired their lift company Vertibus). I get that the hotel is still being finished, but it feels as if they are making money off us at the expense of our safety. Hotel is new and still being finished. It is well located in Marsalforn. Room is fine, but sound insulation is poor where I can hear what’s on the neighbor’s TV verbatim. Pool is nice, and what’s great is their happy hour drinks between 5-7pm for €5. What bothers me is how dirty the pool lounge chairs are, the loose and wobbly pool deck tiles, and the fact that we have to pay a €10 deposit per person for the pool towels which aren’t even long enough to cover their dirty lounge chairs. You can’t pick and choose as every single chair is dirty.
