Super nice and helpful personnel! Upon check in got room upgrade, upon checkout - valuable advice on further traveling! Room and the whole hotel is super clean and fresh, while with long history.

Location and attention is top ! Perfect Option for Lucerne Marathon
The shower was a little dirty and its light goes to the bedroom during the night so that disturbs a little the rest of my partner

Very cozy, large room and bathroom, super clean and the staff was great. It was excellent the promotion of late checkout for the Luzern Marathon participants! Location is also very good!
The entrance is not accessible, with a flight of stairs right at the front…Difficult if you have a baby stroller, for example.
