Апартамента е с много добро местоположение, на 2 мин. Пешеходни разстояние от цялата транспортна мрежа в града

Единственото нещо което не ми хареса е че сградата не разполага с асансьор и общите частни на сградата са в ужасен вид, но това е извън апартамента.

Rosario was waiting for us when we arrived which is always a plus point at an apartment .The apartment was in an excellent location just off the Central Station square with inumerable qualitycafes , pizzerias etc on the doorstep.Being on the fifth floor of the building with no escalator meant exactly 100 steps to climb .This wasn't an issue for us but needs to be flagged up on the site info.The 3 bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are roomy with very good showers The kitchen and common area are acceptable even though the TV didn't work.Rosario was easy to communicate with and replied quickly to an email to explain how to reset a boiler. In summary ,the appartment suited our needs and with a little tlc would get even better raviews

We couldn't find a socket in the kitchen to plug in the kettle and it was difficult to get any socket to actually accept the kettle plug. The beds are ok but could do with better fitting sheets

Casa molto grande, accogliente, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, zona vicinissima alla stazione. Proprietario molto disponibile.

100 scalini, ma già lo sapevamo

Velikost in razporeditev prostorov.

Kuhinja zelo slabo opremljena, ni bilo dovolj kozarcev, pribora, zelo slaba higiena omaric in hladilnika. Kopalnice: zamašeni odtoki v kopalnici, zelo slaba higiena.
