Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Host even provided coffee, tea and a few snacks which was very much appreciated! Plenty of room and everything you need to cook your own meal is available in the kitchen if you want it. Really good location as it is less than a 20 minute walk to the central train station. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever needed. Check in in process was explained clearly and went smoothly. Would highly recommend for spending a few days in Napoli.

La casa è in una posizione strategica per visitare Napoli dista circa 10 minuti di macchina dalle attrazioni più importanti, c'è sempre parcheggio sotto casa , anche le persone che abitano nel palazzo gentilissimi . I gestori della casa sono disponibili per qualsiasi informazione voi abbiate bisogno , ci hanno consigliato parecchi ristoranti ad esempio . Che dire tutto perfetto .

Do not expect too much for this price. The only real advantage is its size — it's quite spacious and can comfortably accommodate a large group. However, we encountered several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we were surprised to be charged €5 city tax per person per night, instead of the €3 stated on Booking.com. The flat is located in an industrial neighborhood with nothing nearby, and I would not recommend walking around the area at night. That said, it is about a 20-minute walk from the railway station. On our last day, we returned to find that there was no running water at all. Unfortunately, the owner did not respond to our messages about this problem. Additionally, the beds and pillows were of very poor quality, so be prepared for potential back and neck pain after a night’s sleep. If you do decide to stay here, manage your expectations and try to limit your stay to 1-2 nights at most.
