Really great, clean, new apartment with air conditioning in every room (a real must-have during a hot Maltese summer), and a fantastic host, who was always available to answer questions and is quite familiar with the area. The host also went above and beyond with early check-in for us, which we really appreciated, coming off an overnight transatlantic flight.
Mellieha heights is a really great, lively area with easy shopping, good food and a bit more of a lived-in vibe than the shoreline — but it is for sure fairly distant from the beach. I personally don't think this is a negative, but it's something to keep in mind, especially when the buses aren't running due to street repairs. But when the buses *are* running, the stop is basically in front of the house.

Difficulté pour se parquer. Il y a des places dans la rue, mais c'est gratuit de 18h30 à 9h du matin. C'est assez contraignant parce qu'en dehors de ces heures il faut mettre un disque qui dure 45 minutes. Quant au parking mis à disposition, il est vraiment très petit.
