MARSASKALA Seafront Townhouse with Roof Terrace

Very spacious house right next to the harbor and all the life that surrounds it: lots of restaurants, bars, cafés within a very short walking distance. There's plenty of parking nearby if you're with a rental. You could also walk ~15min to the nearest beach which isn't the best but gets the job done. The apartment has lots of light and good AC in the common areas.

Mattresses in both rooms were very soft and uncomfortable, pillows too tall. AC in the double room needs fixing, it's too weak. The external AC machines sit right on the outside terrace which makes it basically unusable if any AC is on because of the heat. There was what appeared to be baby vomit in one of the duvets. Sits in a noisy street which could be an issue if you're a light sleeper. Also: the curtains in the double room don't block light effectively which is aggravated by its facing east if you're planning to sleep in.

The house is very cosy and we have felt at home. It is impeccable, very well equipped (it has everything you need for day to day) and the views are spectacular, without a doubt the best of the stay. It has 3 floors and no elevator.

The insulation of the windows is very fair; they are thin and you can hear all the noise from the street. We coincided with some works right in front and the noise of the works was heard a lot from early.

Owner was such a lovely guy. Nice view. Roof terrace is awesome.

There was nothing in the advert to say that it was in the middle of a building site, with loud works starting at 7:30/8am every morning, and it’s also situated above an Irish bar that parties until sometimes past midnight. You couldn’t park near the property, which also wasn’t apparent.
