Everything was just perfect for us! Great location, perfectly clean, provided all that we needed!

Great location within Varenna with close proximity to the train, outstanding restaurants, the lake walkway and the piers for boats and ferries. There was plenty of space and multiple beds and the place was clean with lots of sunlight.

They really advertised the lake views, but in reality there is only one picture window with a slight lake view. The beds were hard but adequate.

This property, a two bedroom, modern, freshly remodeled, apartment in Varenna, Lake Como is absolutely wonderful & a welcome respite from staying in a hotel. It is located next to the Hotel Cipresse & the Royal Victoria hotel (where I have previously stayed) is a one minute walk. Please keep in mind one night stay at the hotels I mentioned are priced the same but this property can accommodate two couples so it is an exceptional value when shared. The apartment was exceptionally clean & had a fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us the opportunity to cook breakfast every morning. There is a local coffee shop practically next door my husband visited each morning. The church is close by & it was nice to hear the clock tower chime with the time of day/night. Only a few steps down there is a flat walkway, which was welcome because of mobility challenges with my husband needing knee surgery. The view of the lake is from the kitchen/dining room & if you want a larger view, I’d recommend having a drink at the Royal Victoria. This apartment is located within steps of the square in a great location. The owner Roberto communicated immediately through What’s App, he is fantastico. He also has several other properties in case this is booked. Highly recommend this property & would book it again & again!! Key code will be sent to you via What’s App on the morning of your arrival. It was very easy to use without the hassle of a key. Grazie Roberto!! PS - Varenna has the train station close by so it is the perfect location traveling to or from Milan or north to other Italian towns & Switzerland.

WiFi signal didn’t always come through very well. Best in the dining room table area, near the window. It wouldn’t deter me from booking again. Please keep in mind you are surrounded by stone buildings & the signal is available.
