We loved Varenna and the apartment: highly recommended!
Just about everything. Location, value, condition all very good.
The directions were great: photos and step-by-step instructions: all good. But for us, we needed a clearer starting point, such as “About 100 meters south of the church, turn right on Contrada de Duca. (Look for the little water fountain.)” Maybe it was our GPS, but it was hard finding the road.

A very lovely apartment in a good location!
The property was immaculate, mint condition. Love the furnishings! Bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful and in perfect condition! Comfy couch, beds and good thermostat! Coffee provided. A bigger kettle would be better since there were 4 of us. There's a view of the mountain and water thru a little window in the dining room. We walk to the villa, practically next door, and down to the waterfront, along the promenade. Very cute, and we dinned at nearby waterfront restaurants! Everything was lovely! Thank you for providing such a lovely accommodation!
Bigger kettle. A washer dryer would be nice. I realize that maybe people don't stay more than 4 days, that could be the reason.

This is a lovely place to stay in a perfect location!
The apartment is clean, spacious and perfectly located for visiting Varenna, right off of the main plaza and a quick walk to the water. The kitchen is well stocked and the linens and towels are soft. We loved the outdoor patio with a dining table!

A well located comfortable and clean apartment with loads of space, good value for the money spent.
We were very impressed with the property from the moment we walked in the door the property was very tastefully redone the rooms are great with good beds, the bathrooms was clean with sufficient space and sufficient shampoo and body wash if needed. We would highly recommend the property. The location is great with an easy walk to everything.
The internet was a little hit and miss with slow downloads at most of the time. The rest of the experience made up for this.

Brand new apartment, great location
The place is basically brand new, very clean, the location is awesome. If you travel by car, there is a mutli-level parking right across the street (2.05m height limit; it is often full in the mid day, in the evening you can find a spot). If you want breakfast, the hotel next door serves a great breakfast for 30 EUR.
