Lovely comfortable place to stay with everything we needed.
Shame about the parking but we had family close by we could park at. But we were also in the middle of Totnes so a plus too. Lghter douvet covers for bed in hot weather.

Comfortable and well equipped beyond our needs. The location for exploring the town, the river and using public transport was perfect. There is a pub just across the walkway but we had no noise issues at night.
The shared courtyard is very much in need of some TLC but with an unoccupied flat and two holiday rentals I suppose it is not surprising. It was still pleasant to sit in the sun there and the other residents were friendly and welcoming.
