This is in the most wonderful location right behind the main street of Totnes. The accommodation was spotless, and the hosts very kindly left us sweets and a bottle of Rosé on arrival. The weather was unseasonally hot but they had left 2 fans, which were wonderful.
it is over 3 floors so if you are in any way invalid, it is not suitable, but otherwise it is perfect.

Great location, very close to high street, park and car park. Modern and comfy.
However, not ideal if you are a light sleeper, there's a church nearby that's constantly ringing bells.
