Hotel experience ruined by the grumpy receptionist

The location was great, beautiful mountains around, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great.

When you are “greeted” by a grumpy receptionist you immediately know you are not off to a good start. We booked this accommodation to rest up after our 10hrs drive across Europe and we got tempted by the spa facilities at the hotel. When we checked in at 6pm, the receptionist told us it’s already closed, when I said oh such a pitty we were really looking forward to it, he started shouting and pointing at his screen that he sent a msg via booking.com to say the spa is only open between 3pm and 5pm. Back in our room I checked, it was a msg fully in Italian no mention of opening times. The receptionist continued to be rude, no information such as WiFi codes were givin by himself, he was only asking for payment. We were also told that we are not allowed to take out the room key with us from the hotel, we have to hang it up by the reception (completely reachable by all passing by). We started to pack out from our car and went to the garage, he shouted after us to take the key back immediately.. besides the ridiculous behaviour of the receptionist, the room was fine although a bit dated. The shower was blocked, not the nicest way to start a morning. We got a room on the first floor with no balcony. All in all, one of the most disappointing stay in a long time, will not be coming back here. People working in hospitality should try and like at least a little other humans.

Davvero ci è piaciuto tutto a iniziare dalla posizione strategica dell'hotel per arrivare a tutti o servizi della struttura fino alla bellissima SPA !

Forse da migliorare le scale per l'accesso alla sala deposito sci / scarponi un po' troppo scivolosa

L’hotel (camere, ingresso, scale, ascensore ecc) era molto vecchia rispetto alla spa. Il bagno, in particolare la doccia, presentavano i segni del tempo.

Soggiorno estivo a Vigo di Fassa

Spa nuova e molto pulita. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Possibilità di portare il proprio cane senza l’aggiunta di supplementi. Posizione centrale, ottimo durante le varie feste/iniziative presenti in paese.

L’ascensore per muoversi ai vari piani é una chiavica. Il corridoio dalla Spa all’ascensore non è riscaldato e mentre si aspetta, si congela. Meglio far le scale, s’impiega meno tempo! Era indicato nei servizi che vi era un parcheggio privato al coperto, ma in 3/4 del soggiorno era occupato, dovendo parcheggiare all’esterno o addirittura in altri parcheggi comunali. Consiglio al proprietario di assegnare dei posti a chi prenota, eventualmente anche con un sovrapprezzo.

camera pulita, posizione comodissima e vicinissima alla funivia per Ciampediè. Personale molto disponibile e attenti alla richiesta del senza glutine, sia per la cena che per la colazione. Hanno anche accettato la mia gattina senza supplemento e compreso nel prezzo c'era anche l'accesso alla zona wellness... decisamente un ottimo albergo con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Unica cosa da migliorare ma questo nn dipende dal hotel ma dalla educazione Durante le ore relax nella SPA i bambini con i genitori giocavano a gavettoni..senza rendersi conto che nn e una piscina comunale.. Posto centrale e Ottimo cibo

Camera spaziosa ben arredata con un ampio terrazzo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il kit per la spa anche quella piccola ma ben curata. Cena e colazione con molto prodotti.

I bambini nella Spa che fanno casino. Forse non farei accedere i bambini nella zona relax.
