Wonderful, restful and fun stay.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Breakfast is vast and everything is tasty. Only negative - you will eat too much. Rooms are cleaned meticulously, large with beautiful views. Staff is attentive and friendly, always available. Restaurant is wonderful. Amazing SPA.Best stay!

Families yelling any each other at the pool and children yelling at the pool and running screaming down the hall. I guess there is not much hotel management can do about people being rude. They try to keep everyone quiet by using signs.

Staff very friendly and nice.

Rooms are not isolated, no bathroom doors so you hear loud noise anytime someone above uses bathroom/shower/toilet. Jacuzzi very cold. Food looks good but doesn’t taste great.

Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.

I wish the dogs would be allowed in the restaurant, maybe at least in a separate room, or a corner somewhere ☺️

Hotel is new, modern, with great large spa and wellness area.

We expected 5-stars service in such a hotel. But on the reception we had the most bad service we have ever experienced in our life and we visited many different hotels in many countries. Nobody welcome us on the reception, nobody asked us any question, wenn we arrived and didn't tell us nothing at all about hotel facilities, possibilities for our stay or similar. Reception staff felt uncomfortable to talk any other language, except italian. We tried with english and german. - very uncomfortable bed. If you will lay close to the edge, you just will fall down. It has strange soft edges - even the rooms are non-smoking, the guests can smoke at the balcony. Our room was often full with cigarette smoke, because somebody smoked at another balcony - one evening water was interrupting in the bathroom all the time, even stopped completely from time to time. It was not possible to take a shower. Next day we asked on reception, they told it was temporary problem. - breakfast is very poor for 5-stars hotel. - you can not choose place in the restaurant for breakfast. But we asked restaurant manager to find a better table for us. He was so kind to help us and gave us a better option, than we received in the beginning.

Best hotel and service we have ever experienced.

Our stay was fantastic! Our room was spacious, the view was incredible and we loved every meal that we had in the dining hall. The staff was extremely accommodating and was very helpful with any questions we had. In particular, our waiter, Mauro, was exceptional. He helped us with recommendations and helped translate for us when needed. If we are ever in the area again, we are definitely going to stay here.
