This is a nice family run hotel, the staff is very nice. We have booked the junior sweet, the size was perfect. Both breakfast and dinner were very good. You get three options to choose for dinner the night before. There is a market close by. We didn't use the closest ski slopes and there is a 8-10 minutes drive to get to the closest one connected to dolomiti superski area. Ski bus stop is 50 m from the hotel.

Ski bus runs only every 30-60 minutes.

Great Hotel in the middle of the mountains

Breakfast is very good, the staff is there to help you and to give you what you need. Dinner is good and the portion is very generous, sometimes is difficult to finish all the food

unfortunately due to the covid situation, there is some limitation, anyway, the hotel is perfectly organized for this weird situation

If you go skiing, you have to drive everyday to the lift, and taking a bus is not very convenient.

Nice place, nice room, the space is used optimally, very cosy. Covid measures are stticly respected, so guests feel safe.

There is no way to control the room temperature. That is not a big problem, one may open the window during the night and during the day it is quite OK.

Ужин для меня был очень поздним, если ты катался днем и хочешь скорее отдыхать то с 19 до 20.30 ты на ужине и очень обильном. А потом ты не можешь спать, т к ты переел. Ужин с 18 час. был бы лучше.

Tutto Eccellente, con poco potrebbe essere Eccezionale.

Pulizia Ottima, Camera comoda con balcone e ben arredata, Ski Room molto pratica con rastrelliera per gli sci lucchetto e scarponi ben riscaldati. Un grazie speciale a Valentina per la gentilezza, attenzione, professionalità ed il sorriso con cui ci accoglieva ogni mattina a colazione ed ogni sera a cena. Ottimo il buffet sia per la colazione che per la cena, cucina OK. Parcheggio molto comodo.

Lo Scaldasalviette in bagno era sempre spento per cui abbiamo dovuto metterci sempre i costumi da bagno umidi per andare nella spa. Un idromassaggio nella spa la rendrebbe eccezionale.

Fassatal mit Höhen/Tiefen und viel italienischer Lebensart

Freundliches Personal und gutes sowie reichhaltiges Essen! Skigebiet gut erreichbar. Die Möglichkeiten für den Skilanglauf auf den ausgewiesenen Loipen im Tal sind leider nur bei mehr Schneefall überhaupt möglich, oder man konzentriert sich auf den jährlichen Langlaufwettbewerb, für den dann auch die Piste mit viel Aufwand hergerichtet wird (Schneekanonen).

Eine Kaffeemaschine für den Ansturm beim Frühstück ist schon ein Ärgernis am frühen Morgen!Das "System" sollte überdacht werden. Textilpflicht in der Sauna ist für Deutsche Besucher etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig,auch weil die Information dazu in einem kleinen Aushang kaum erkennbar ist. Alle Informationen sind generell nur in Italienisch und englisch (auch Menükarten u.a.) verfügbar! Wer das quirlige Umfeld italienischer Großfamilien und die damit verbundene Lautstärke tapfer durchhält kann einen erlebnisreichen Skiurlaub genießen!

Bella vacanza

Ci è piaciuto molto soggiornare presso questa struttura perché l'attenzione rivolta agli ospiti è stata davvero eccezionale. Stanze pulite ed accoglienti, cibo curato ed abbondante, buffet vario e gustoso, spa rigenerante. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l'offerta di intrattenimento con la cantante. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend molto piacevole con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ritorneremo.

Breve ma bella vacanza, soggiorno piacevolissimo.

l'ambiente sereno e rilassante, la vista sulle montagne innevate, l'accoglienza e la cordialità del personale (chef e ragazzi della reception e tutto lo staff). Ottime la cena e la colazione, ricche e varie. La camera pulita e gradevole, cosi il bagno e il locale al piano superiore dove alloggiavano le mie figlie. Piccola spa, ma funzionale, ordinata e linda.

Direi che tutto è stato bello, non avrei commenti negativi.

Soggiorno speciale e rilassante. Montagna allo stato puro.

Pulizia ottima, camere, terrazzo (spesso trascurato in altri luoghi), bagni, hotel in generale. Sala colazioni. Camere che danno l'idea di montagna, relax totale e pareva di essere veramente in una baita. Colazione superba, di tutto e di più, senza spreco di cibo, ma soprattutto qualità. Parcheggio incluso e vicinanza a fermata bus ma anche ad interessanti passeggiate.

Non ho nulla da puntualizzare su mancanze o difetti. Mi sono trovato molto bene.

20€ za noc za detskou postylku. Budto mejte flat rate a nebo si to pripoctete k cene… za to v jakem stavu postylky byly to bylo drahe. Snidane by mohla byt bohatsi.

Die tägliche perfekte Reinigung der Zimmer. Nochmals unser Dank an das liebe Zimmermädchen.

Zimmer nicht gut ausgestattet. Balkon zur Strasse und fast offen. Dürftigkeit des Frühstückbüfetts. Keine Wassergläser im Zimmer. Aber Wasserkocher keine Tee gläser, keine Tassen etc. Deshalb ouzo dieser Wasserkocher.

Da migliorare il rapporto con i clienti più giovani...

La posizione dell'hotel era abbastanza buona per quanto riguardava QC Terme, di cui avevamo una prenotazione, ma per i punti di interesse più famosi delle Dolomiti purtroppo era a ore di distanza (lago di Braies, Tre Cime di Lavaredo). Il check-in è stato molto fluido. La stanza era molto accogliente, ben decorata e il terrazzino veramente caratteristico. I letti erano molto comodi, e ho apprezzato il doppio piumino, anche perché faceva molto freddo.

Il personale della sala da pranzo (mi rivolgo unicamente a quello più anziano) era veramente veramente veramente inqualificabile. Il trattamento riservato ai clienti giovani di discostava da quelli più adulti di anni luce: molta sufficienza, molta spocchia, molto disinteresse; con clienti adulti o che apparivano più abbienti i camerieri si fermavano a conversare, intrattenere, elogiare, mentre con noi a malapena rivolgevano un saluto o una parola gentile. Inoltre grande nota di demerito alla cucina: le ricette e le idee per i piatti c'erano, ma la realizzazione e il sapore erano degni di una mensa scolastica. Decente il buffet degli antipasti; spesso conveniva riempirsi lo stomaco con quello piuttosto che con i piatti principali. Infine della stanza non abbiamo apprezzato il bagno: gabinetto che sfiora la porta, rischio allagamento per le porte della doccia non a misura, esigua quantità di prodotti con assenza di balsamo.
