The layout of the buildings and garden is lovely and spacious. Big airy breakfast room by delightful pool.

Not much cupboard or shelf space in the room for unpacking.

Nothing, although the bed was a little hard.

The location in a small village was beautiful and the hotel itself was perfect; small, great drinks by the pool. The staff we so helpful and friendly, parking was easy. There was no aircon but the apartment was cool as the blinds had been left down and the fan on. The breakfast was great with homemade things to try. Cocktail by the pool were delicious and the spa was lovely. The staff booked us a table in a restaurant 5 mins walk away that was so delicious.

The location was chosen for what we wanted to do though we were excluded from the Spa as we were informed it is detailed in the "Terms and conditions" of booking. BUT this is not the case on Booking.com site as it clearly lists the hotel facilities without any caveats. We had hoped to use the Spa and could only do so by upgrading to a suite or paying 20 Euros per person per day so again this was disappointing and I believe misleading.

The lack of available places to eat in a 20 mile radius of the hotel being either closed both at lunch time and evening or because we were there outside of standard holiday dates created a great inconvenience. The hotel did send us a list of places to eat but the lack of availability will make us ensure places to eat are a prime consideration before we book any accommodation the next time.
