River House by Aeria Apartments

Appartement très bien situé et desservi, bien équipé. Hotline en anglais très réactive (soucis d'accès à l'arrivée). Les communs sont très propres.

Logement très bruyant et lumineux la nuit, l'isolation est à revoir.

I loved the location because it was just 10mins walk to Tower Bridge and 3mins walk to tower Hill station. The property is complete. You can cook inside with cooking utensils present. Starbucks is across the property.

It was really boiling that time. There’s a 5k portable airconditioner but it didn’t really help that much because of the height of it and the height of the bed in the bedroom. We requested for a fan for other guest in the sofa bed in the living room but they can’t provide one. They suggested to open the windows but even if the windows were even closed, it’s noisy outside, how much more when you opened it. Probably great for other seasons except for summer. During the night of our stay the cold air from the windows somehow helped but we just accepted the noisy environment.

La posizione

Non c’era aria condizionata dichiarata su Booking. Casa caldissima da non poter dormire la notte ed il giorno invivibile. Ho chiesto aiuto allo staff che solo il giorno dopo ha installato un solo condizionatore portatile su tre stanze occupate, che non è servito a nulla. Il divano letto non idoneo a dormire 5 notti. La casa è per 4 persone e non per 6. Una delle due camere da letto talmente piccola che la valigia l’abbiamo dovuta lasciare fuori dalla stanza. Molto rumorosa.

La atención dada fue muy mala, me enviaron un Boucher de otro sitio, lo que me implicó perder toda la tarde intentando entrar al lugar que no correspondía y luego ir al Otro sitio. Las respuestas dadas fueron malas y fuera de tiempo. Tuve la suerte de tener q disposición los mails enviados para poder llegar a la dirección correcta.
