Location was excellent 5 minutes from venue, 5 minutes from tube station and lots of bars and restaurants

The apartment was clean and cozy, comfortably fitting 3 people. Smart procedure with IDs and easy check-in. The staff was very kind. Area is easy to find, conveniently close to Liverpool Train Station (5 min walking)
The apartment is generally small, with a sofa bed in the dining room; it is fine for sleeping for a few days. An area to improve is to provide an electric hob, as beside the microwave, there is nothing else to cook (e.g. scramble eggs with bacon...). The kitchen was not fully equipped, and even a bottle of water was missing. I do not like the request of a deposit, as well as paying for an early check-in (if the apartment is ready) or a late check-out.

Great property for value and location. Very warm and cozy. Great staff and online support.
No WiFi and some issues with the door lock but the staff was available by WhatsApp even though the stay was too short to fix any of the issues.
