Location vis a vis meeting venues, cleanliness, functionality and quite a competitive rate.
Noise of local train passing the apartment across the street. Lack of air conditioning was a bit of a challenge due to the heatwave (30 C indoors) but I survived with the multiple fans.

NO AC? Recent updates. Quality craftsmanship. Well thought out layout.
NO AC. "Studios" = AC. "Resoidences" = NO AC. Be mindful which property you are booking. "RESIDENCES" (NO AC) pop up in search first. Scroll to get to "STUDIOS" with AC.

Clean and modern
No aircon, so windows and balcony door need to be left open to cool the place but the train lines is so close and the noise was unbearable from 5am to 1am. Aircon would have ment we could have closed the windows and door and reduced the noise.
