It was ok. I would not repeat the same property again- the staff however did their best

The breakfast was ok, it was nice to order fresh eggs from the menu- but the buffet was not that special

-the bathroom is old- no shower hanger, noise in the hotel, and bedding/pillows were more of a 2 star hotel than a 5 star one.

Outdated hotel with a lot of potential. Sewer smell eminating from toilet was unacceptable.

The property is beautiful. From the moment we stepped in, the customer service was exquisite and everyone was very attentive. The room was relatively spacious for St Tropez standards. The shuttle to town was also very convenient and breakfast was very good.

The biggest issue, by far, was the smell the eminated from the toilet during our stay. Unfortunately, we did not realize it until after we unpacked our luggage late in our first day there so we did not ask to get our room moved. I beleive that the issue was with the hotels plumbing. This really left a negative mark our stay since the room would smell like a sewer every time we came we came back to the room if we did not close the door to the toilet room. The toilet room always smelled bad, which is unacceptable for a 5 star resort. We mentioned something to the hotel staff about this, but nothing was done to compensate us for this issue.

I love the location of this property. Close to town, walking distance, but at the same very quiet and peaceful. Love the room with the big terrace. Beautiful pool and just the whole property Also the staff, especially the drivers could not be nicer.

The hotel is a 5 star property. As I do not mind being little older, as I love this style and decor, some might find it in need of little update possibly in the rooms, like old tv and closets.

Beautiful location and traditional French looking with beautiful court yard and pool

Location was amazing breakfast was plentiful and beautiful tasty and perfectly laid out x Staff were fabulous and went out of their way to make everything perfect …. Free Shuttle into port ( centre ) was there when ever you wanted it ( up to 10pm ) and this was an added extra which was so helpful, you could also call hotel and they Cox me and get you …. Pool was beautiful and very relaxing and you could have a lovely lunch by the pool x

The only thing I want to say is The famous Caesar salad was disappointing…. A very small breaded chicken sliced and too much lettuce 🥬 Could be so much nicer ( take a look at the breakfast ) xx

Beautiful buildings. Pool was the highlight. Easy to walk to town & shuttle if needed.

Some of the facilities need upgrading. Eg showers. Plugs didn’t work. Hairdryer was broken. Air con didn’t work properly in one of our rooms.

The staff were amazing and helpful. I booked this very last minute, female travelling solo and on a rare windy / rainy day for St Tropez in August. Concierge and reception staff were all very warm / welcoming and gave great recommendations, helping me make the most out of my stay. It’s short walking distance to St Tropez hustle and bustle and feels like you’re in the countryside - so you get the best of both worlds!

The bathrooms were a little dated but it worked with the old Provence style. No mini bar in rooms but free snacks / gifts included instead.

The staff was exceptional and very personable. The location was perfect, short walk to the Plaza du Lice and most important they allow you to park on their property at no extra charges. What a beautiful and quiet place.

Wonderful, Tropezienne hotel only 15 minutes away from the port by walk.

We travelled with our puppy. They made sure we had a little closed terrace area for her, and gave us feeding and water bowls as well as a pouch with plastic bags! Even when we were at the poolside, they always remembered to give her a bowl with fresh water. We were all very happy! The pool area is fantastic as it is very quiet even though it is only about a 15-minute walk from the port.

There is no air conditioning in the breakfast area so it was a little difficult to enjoy it unfortunately. I believe it was especially hot when we went, though.
