Cozy & Spacious Apartment near Victoriei Square

Este o locație amplasată într-o zonă liniștită, cu acces facil către Spitalul Oncologic Sanador (cca 10 min de mers) și Gara de Nord ( cca 6-7 min), putându-se caza și 4-5 pers.

Se poate spune că există loc de mai bine referitor la curățenia din apartament, fiind nevoiți să aspirăm când ne-am cazat și să îi dăm un mop... iar la toaletă este indicată schimbarea ușii, fiind deteriorată la bază și arată destul de urât. Dorind să încălzesc ceva la cuptorul electric din bucătărie nu am identificat nici măcar o tavă, iar când l-am pornit, cuptorul scotea niște zgomote foarte puternice și enervante. In rest este un apartament ok.

Location is good, close to Victoria Square. Spacious apartment with a separate bathroom. Enough for 4 persons but not more than that unless necessary. Beds are big and comfortable. Only one TV in the big room.

For end of November it was cold inside the rooms. The central heating appears to be working, but I believe is set to no more than 20 degrees C and cannot be changed by the thermostat. I tried reaching out for help but it was useless. The administrator didn't solve the problem despite my repeated requests. Cleanliness is approximate. The floor is dirty and the bathrooms is full of mold on the ceiling and behind furniture, and God forbid you look behind the toilet or washing machine! There is dirt from 20 years ago there. Kitchen is ok but lacks glasses for water or wine. There is no parking space at the property, The only parking space is public, on the narrow street, and you have to fight neighbors to get to keep you spot, if you find one! Not an easy job.

Дуже великі, нові та чисті апартаменти. Зручне розташування, поруч є магазин. Все продумано, залишили навіть каву. Є кілька спальних місць, підійде і для сімей, і для компанії.

Паркування загальне, ввечері знайти місце складно. За перебування кота взяли додаткову плату, і немаленьку. Також апартаменти на другому поверсі без ліфта, підйом вузькими гвинтовими сходами важкий, особливо з валізами.
