If u want basic that’s here

Location good

Was supposed to have Wi-Fi that didn’t work sent several messages about it not working to hear nothing back from them, so with no Wi-Fi working wasn’t able to use the tv either beds had no bedding in them and only 2 duvets and 4 pillows so wasn’t enough for our family of 5 so had to go and buy a sleeping bag for 1 of the kids. Was told by someone that they would bring us some bedding Saturday morning never to see that person again

The space was nice...really cosy. It was halfway between the beach and the train station. The staff explained how to use the door codes really well

No trays for the oven. The oven was really dirty. The toilet was dirty. No tea towels. Big gap under the front door. The main door was only locked once.

Ok for a bed for the night...

A straightforward, easy booking. Good communication from hosts.

There wasn't enough bedding for the kids, and the bedding that was there wasn't the nicest. The toilet bowl was dirty and we did notice quite a few things that could have done with fixing/upgrading. Our bathroom door didn't even close 😑

Cheap but good location for everything

Entrance hallway was clean and fresh. Flat 6 had no electricity in bedroom or bathroom when we arrived, soon sorted by manager. Cooker was filthy and one cooking pot had burnt on food still on it. Could get job to work msg management but no help there. There was no sharp knife, tin opener or baking tray. The central heating wasn’t on but they supplied 3 electric heaters of which 2 didn’t work. Double bed was small and quilt very thin good job for the single bed quilt to use on double bed. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut either and extractor fan in bathroom wouldn’t come on when bathroom lights or shower in use

Easy to park and check in efficient. Beds comfortable

Very poorly equipped ( for example no tea towels, no baking trays for oven not a single sharp knife). Bathroom door wouldn't close. Large gap under front door. Unable to plug in microwave and kettle at same time. Oven and microwave dirty inside Expensive for poor quality accommodation

A telephone no. is given if you have any problems. When I rang this no. to report a faulty door handle there was no reply. I finished up having to leave a note for the cleaner. Also although the apt. was generally clean, the toilet requires more attention.

Ideal having no key and having codes to get in, perfect amount of space in living area and bedroom

No microwave when got there, hallway door handle broken, bathroom door didn’t close, couldn’t move in the shower & was very noisy there
