12ft-wide very comfortable and spacious caravan with two twins. Additional sleeping for two in the lounge area. Shower. Open plan lounge/diner with kitchen area. Double glazed and centrally heated. Verandah. Suitable for parties including partially disabled visitors. Ramp access. No pets.

Showing signs of wear and tear. Has everything you would need for 6 people on holiday. Wifi would not connect. Caravan is warm and cosy but does move a lot when windy.

Overall very good. Close to bus stop.10 minutes walk into Skegness. Club was nice. Shame about the bins they were overflowing but they were emptied after 2 days of being there.I think it would be useful having a table and chairs on the balcony to make the most of the weather.
