The lady who checked us in named Julia went up beyond to make my guest feel comfortable and secure. She offered my guest tea and coffee and made her feel welcomed and safe.
The purpose off our stay was a family member was admitted to the Churchill Hospital and this guest house was only a 10 min walk. So convenient.
It is basic but clean and comfortable.

It was generally rather shabby and poorly presented. Curtain fixings hanging off the rails. A rather uncared for feel about the place
