TinyTin home on the ocean

What an amazing stay at Tiny Tin Home on the Ocean. We (my sister and myself) went down to Brighton for the Mod weekender. Needless to say, she now has very high expectations of future holidays without our parents 😂😂. The views of the harbour from the jetty are breathtaking. Wonderful to sit on the balcony with a coffee of the morning (or at night with a glass of wine) and just watch the boats bob up and down. The location was perfect. Far enough out of town so you're away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a lovely stroll into town of the daytime. The cleanliness of the property was second to none. You really could not fault it. The decor and furniture really gives it a home from home feel. Comfy bed and comfy sofa with smashing views. The best I've ever slept whilst on holiday. Amy has a lovely thing going here and deserves all the praise. A beautifully set up little home on the ocean that does not disappoint. We knew it would be amazing but it far exceeded our already high expectations of what to expect. Honestly, we could not find a single bad thing about it. Not that we set out to look for the bad as it really bugs me when people do. Everything we needed was provided. Tea and coffee making facilities, fresh milk on arrival and a fully working and extremely clean kitchenette. A shower and bathroom that was spotless with some toiletries provided as well as towels; fresh, clean towels. We would highly recommend staying at Tiny Tin Home on the Ocean. It's full of character and makes you want to stay even longer. This place should be promoted as 5 star. I've stayed in hotels that promote themselves as 5 star and they have nothing on Tiny Tin Home. Go and stay. It's well worth it.

Een tiny home in de haven, met een mooi uitzicht op de haven en de boten. Dicht bij faciliteiten. De tiny home was prachtig ingericht. Goed bed, mooie frame tv, heel sfeervol en comfortabel allemaal. Zeer goede communicatie met de verhuurder.

De tiny home was helaas absoluut niet schoon. De vloeren waren vies. Haren op de badkamer, vuile vaat en een smerige koelkast en oven. Dat is echt super jammer. De verhuurder heeft wel gelijk de schoonmaakster laten komen, maar helaas wordt het huisje al wat langer niet zo best schoongemaakt. Handdoeken roken niet fris.

We had a great stay, everything was there that you could possibly need. There was milk and biscuits on our arrival along with coffee & tea. Wonderful views, loved that we moved with the tide although you could not feel it. Tiny Tin was just perfect for us, a walk away was shops and restaurants so easy to find an evening meal. The local buses are great if you don't want to drive into the heart of Brighton. We would definitely return to stay in this perfect retreat.

Not a dislike, but parking was a little further away than we are used too (10 mins walk). There is no where to park closer during a weekend. You soon learn to factor in the walk getting to your car which is really quite easy unless you get caught in the rain.

Great and modern looking, cosy hideaway with a nice view from the balcony over the Marina. Well equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed.

Not good for people that have problems with seasickness. You feel the pier’s movement a little. A small table on the balcony would have been nice.
