I asked, I paid and I received a full apartment. After the entrance at the 4th floor, on the left you have room 1, which is room only. Then you have room 2, with your own key, which is the full apartment composed by 2 enormous rooms, one double and one triple, the bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and eat. I have been impressed by the silence of the entire building. I did not hear any sound from other rooms or apartments, but some noise from the road below; washing machine in the balcony.

I would suggest to renovate the window frames; I missed a dishcloth and the washing machine soap.

Spacious apartment. Big rooms and good kitchen. We arrived around 3 pm but since we booked last minute, we had to wait for the cleaning staff to reach. That lady was very nice, and she explained everything to us and then gave us 1 hr extra on check out.

Location. They can add some items for breakfast.

Bien placé, proche du métro du bus de tout. Autour il y’a tous les commerces à proximité. Le propriétaire nous a conseillé des restaurants c’était très bon.

La chambre ne ressemble pas du tout à la photo, un peu poussiéreux. Mais surtout on entend beaucoup trop les voisins d’à côté. On se réveillaient à chaque fois qu’il y avait un passage.

La camera è ideale per coloro che prediligono una soluzione essenziale per il pernottamento durante il soggiorno, prevedendo di usufruire dei servizi esterni per le consumazioni.

Si suggerisce di valutare un ampliamento dello spazio dedicato ai servizi igienici, in quanto la prossimità attuale tra WC e bidet ne rende difficoltoso l'utilizzo. Inoltre, si raccomanda di riposizionare il soffione della doccia ad un'altezza maggiore, al fine di garantire un'esperienza confortevole anche per utenti di statura elevata.
