It was a comfortable stay; good location not far from the metro, safe area. Simo is a great host, he gave a bottle of water and explained everything. Room was clean + working air conditioning. Typical italian breakfast coffee and dolce, maybe would better if to add some fruits and yogurts. Thank you for everything and good luck!

Posto pulito, accogliente e Simo molto disponibile, la, struttura è molto vicina alla Metro e alla Stazione Roma Termini. Soddisfatti.

Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Jak za tę cenę to jest OK. Bardzo blisko do stacji metra Colli Albani, a i przystanki autobusowe równie nie za daleko. Przywitał na Simo - bardzo uprzejmy człowiek. Codziennie pokój był sprzątany. W szafie był zainstalowany sejf. Była też klimatyzacja. Woda w łazience gorąca + suszarka do włosów. Pomimo okien wychodzących na główną ulice nie było za głośno.
Śniadania symboliczne złożone z produktów pakowanych - ale to podobno wymóg miejscowego prawa. Ważne, że kawa była :) Wygląd podwórza mógłby być lepszy (to na szczęście nie dotyczyło naszego pokoju), ale trudno tu mieć żale do właściciela obiektu, jeśli to nie jego właśność.

Pulizia generale scarseggia. La colazione presente, ma misera. Un po’ lontano dalla metro (10 minuti a piedi) e fuori il centro storico
