Condo Downtown Vancouver - Near Rogers Arena & BC Place w Parking

It is a beautiful and comfortable apartment. Also very clean and nicely decorated. Stock with everything you might need during your stay. Colin also responds and communicate very well. I really enjoyed staying there.

The train noise, but I used ear plugs and it worked really well for me.

It is in a great location to stay if you have tickets to any events at either BC Place or Roger's Arena. It is a short walk to both places. Costco is right there for any groceries. Its a 10 min walk to Grandville St, Pacific Center Mall, Gas Town. Colin is a great host, he has a book of everything you need to know on the counter. Make reservations if going to the Jam Café for breakfast the line up was crazy long if your on a time crunch. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is bottled water and a couple bubbly drinks in the fridge. Do bring conditioner if you need it. There is shampoo and everything in the bathroom you need. We did find the skytrain is very noisy, it runs quiet late and early in the morning. It seemed to go by often. Parking worked out great too in the underground garage. I am not sure if my truck would have fit, we did see other trucks in there but it would be very tight for mine. We brought my daughter's car. Again Colin was great, the place has a beautiful view and it was in the perfect spot for us. We went to the AC/DC concert at BC place.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieter Colin , auch das Check In mit Ihm sehr nett . Lage sehr zentral - zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles zu erreichen. Stadion Fussläufig . Wohnung sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet . Parkplatz in der TG kostenfrei . Klimagerät vorhanden . Schöner Blick vom Balkon . Innerhalb des Hauses sehr ruhig .

Etwas laut durch die Straße / Sky Train - wird Nachts ruhiger und Ohropax helfen . Bett war uns zu unbequem/ weich .

A wonderful, very clean apartment in a prime location. The view is exceptionally magnificent!!! Highly recommended. The free parking in the complex is another plus. Communication with the host was also excellent.
