Classy Downtown Vancouver Apartment Near Rogers Arena

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chinatown with an easily accessed car park in the building. The nighttime views were spectacular, and the apartment was very quiet once the windows were closed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. The water pressure in the shower was great.

The apartment could have been better prepared for guests. Basic items such as a hairdryer, adequate crockery and a spare toilet roll were missing. The TV and router were both unplugged, and the remote control batteries were flat. The floors would benefit from a deep clean, and several maintenance issues need attention, including the balcony screen door, which was off its rails and leaning against the wall. Overall, the apartment is showing its age and would benefit from some updating.

The view from the apartment was so nice!! It’s worth staying there for the view. Also it’s really close the train station and Costco. That really helps you in so many ways. There’s a swimming pool and a gym also. The owner was a nice guy.

The check in time was 4 pm and it was not ready at all, nothing was cleaned when we got there. We had to go outside and wait to get in. Also there were broken parts in the bathroom and I had to stay there when they came to fix. I was there for a vacation and wanted to enjoy every single minute. They can be more professional although they tried to fix whenever I asked. Also, the building is really safe but I don’t recommend you to go to the park side especially at night. I’m really hoping everything gets better the next time.
