Location, right next to Rogers Arena, which was perfect as we bought tickets to game!

Slightly confusing directions to the unit once we had the keys. Car parking extremely tight.

The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was excellent and convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable, quiet, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.”

The location was excellent. Right beside the skytrain and close to bus stops. The key pick up was right across the street and very convenient. The apartment had modern furnishings and a nice kitchen with all the basics. The toilet paper was very cushy soft and not cheap sandpaper. There were 3 beds which was convenient if you were traveling with children and the beds were comfortable. The host was quick to respond when I asked if we could check in earlier to drop off our bags as we were traveling by Transit, as well as when I contacted them to let them know about some issues In the suite. If the issues were fixed and we were not traveling in the heat of summer, I would likely stay again.

The apartment was excruciatingly hot. Even though we turned on the air conditioner when we arrived, it was still horrible when we came back to change for an event, 4 hours later. The second bedroom was in a solarium and to make it bearable for sleep, we had to point the air conditioner in there and run a fan in there. It also only had a sliding glass door for a wall so no privacy. The main bedroom was very warm at that time as well , so we opened the window and turned on a fan while we were out for the event. Unfortunately upon return the window had to be closed due to the noise from the skytrain beside it and normal street traffic, so it was uncomfortably warm through the night. The bathroom door was a pocket door and could not be closed all the way. They had put a 3rd bed in a storage room but the door could not be closed there either and without windows you wouldn't likely want to close it but again, there was no privacy. When we arrived and lifted the toilet seat, there were a few strands of hair on it and other then 2 hand towels, there were no towels set out. We did find some when needed though.
