Location was amazing. We had booked it to go to the hockey arena for a game so we couldn’t have booked a nicer area. Great views and clean. Easy to access.
I booked for 4 people to stay. We understood that there were only beds for 3 but there was no spare bedding or towels for the 4th person. We washed the towels so that they were clean but the dryer didn’t work. The handle was broken on the sliding bathroom door so I kept getting locked inside and needing help from the other side to get out. Two of the dining room chairs had loose screws so were not safe to sit on.
There were no tumbler glasses for drinks or a dish cloth and tea towel for drying.
It was also very noisy and bright with just blinds for the windows so I would definitely recommend ear plugs and and eye mask as the sky train runs through most of a 24hour period every few minutes.
