Central old Town house with jacuzzi and yard,4ppl

Location was great. Shower drain was clogged when we arrived, owner sent someone to fix it quickly which was nice. We arrived early and she allowed us to store our baggage in the closet for the day.

The house was advertised as no smoking which was important to us as my wife has asthma and we know cigarettes are common in Greece. We arrived to the house smelled strongly of cigarettes. Unfortunately we didn’t get there until 10pm so finding an alternative accommodation would have been a huge hassle on a Saturday night. When I told the host we would be cutting our stay short and leaving after 1 night due to the smell she told me she didn’t notice a smell when she was there that day and to sleep on it with the windows open. Leaving the next day would have been super inconvenient just for 1 more night and the 3rd floor of the apartment smelled fine so we just tried to avoid the first two floors of the house when possible and opted to just stay the 2nd night. Overall due to the smell, it was not worth the price we paid and I would not stay here again.
