Pros:
The location is excellent—convenient and close to both the Old Town and the harbor. The apartment is clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything listed. Communication with the management company was smooth and polite.
Cons:
A lack of transparency regarding accessibility. The apartment is split into multiple levels, which can make it practically impossible for anyone with walking or climbing difficulties. The bathroom is located three steps away from the bedroom, rather than being on the same level. Additionally, the apartment has two stories connected by wooden stairs. None of this is entirely clear from the description. The property details should be much more explicit and state: "This apartment is not accessible for guests with mobility restrictions."
