DELUXE MAISONETTE

We had a lovely stay and the staff was wonderful. Very attentive and ready to help us out. Thank you for making our stay so positive!

Wszystko było tak jak trzeba. Bardzo miłe było, że pomimo późnej pory ktoś na nas poczekał i pokazał lokal. Ponieważ obok jest hotel tego samego właściciela była również recepcja, z której i my mogliśmy korzystać oraz pokój był sprzątany każdego dnia i wymieniano nam ręczniki. To się nie zdarza raczej w takich obiektach. Panie z obsługi (również panie sprzątające) były sympatyczne i bardzo pomocne. Było bardzo czysto. W lokalu były podstawowe rzeczy, które mogły się przydać. Cudowny jest taras z leżakami i stołem, często z niego korzystaliśmy. Obiekt nam odpowiadał, ale znana nam była specyfika domów w tym miejscu w Chanii. Są to stare budynki malutkie i piętrowe zwykle z wąskimi schodami więc jeśli ktoś ma problemy z chodzenie może to być utrudnieniem, w pozostałych przypadkach jest to urocze. Bardzo polecamy ten obiekt :)

The Deluxe team were friendly and looked after us during our stay. Apartment was well laid out and the roof terrace was great. Special mention for the cleaning team who work very hard in hot conditions. We had great break in Chania. Thanks, again, Deluxe team.

Having to leave!

Beautiful little house in an ideal location. A lovely quiet road but just a short walk from everything, shops, restaurants and the sea. There's a small well stocked supermarket a few minutes away. Very clean and comfortable with a large comfy bed. Large modern shower with plenty of hot water. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved it!

The roof terrace was lovely but there's very little shade - we would have liked a more substantial umbrella. The outdoor furniture is also well worn and needs refurbishing for next season. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances but lacked a few small things like a plug for the sink and a tray for the oven. It didn't bother us but the downstairs TV didn't seem to work. The staircase may be a problem for someone with mobility problems although we are over 70 and were OK.
