Amazing A5 Waguu grill set, very friendly staff and comfortable facilities. Plus a wonderful bonsai garden to watch while you eat. Location was perfect to see the fastest train in the world (L0) and Fuji Q theme park. Thank you very much,

Very near to Chureito Pagoda.
Traditional property.
By a flyover that never sleeps.
Alone in the property from 8.00pm until 10.00am departure next day, with only water to drink and no access to hot water or supposed kettle to make the tea we had brought with us. No where nearby to purchase such things.
Bathroom and toilet are used by restaurant clients during the day and early evening.

Wonderful location. Walking distance to a beautiful shrine and multiple cafes. Polite staff. DELICIOUS wagyu meal.
False advertising in my opinion. A private bathroom is not a bathroom that is shared with a downstairs restaurant. We were told there was free parking but we were charged 3000 yen to park in a nearby parking lot for the weekend. A big reason that I booked this stay was the promise of a hot tub. There was a bath tub with hot water.......that is not a hot tub. I want to say there is something lost in translation because I don't want to think it's misleading on purpose. Genuinely disappointed as this was meant to be a chance for my family to relax and recharge.
