富士登山競走の前泊に使用しましたが、スタート会場の富士吉田市役所まで歩いて行ける立地。普通車２台が余裕で駐車できる駐車スペースが建物隣にあること。6人で宿泊するのにちょうど良いこの規模の施設にトイレが２つあるのがとても良かった。
建物自体は古い建物だと思いますが、内装は全て綺麗にリフォームされていて快適でした。
大会前泊は宿泊費が高額になりがちなので6人で割り勘して宿泊できて、かなり宿泊費を抑えられました！

Nice house, very well equipped and in a good location. Very comfortable bed! And having a parking place was great.
We stayed in the middle of February, and it was very VERY cold inside. The owners clearly tried their best as there were a lot of heating instruments (ac, radiator, etc), but they were only in the bedrooms and living room, so it was still freezing cold Anywhere else - tatami room, entrance area and staircase, shower...

Very basic. It was a very cold day and no heating left on. Even once we got it going, only one room warmed up (the room which hadn’t been made up so we had to). No hot water. Advertised as 3 bed villa but 2 bedrooms and only one made up.
