Prefect location but property let it down!

The location was perfect but that was it, such a shame as it could be a little goldmine with its location!!

This property needs a good deep clean to get rid of dog smell, a clean of kitchen to get rid of hairs, food and dirt! Mattress protectors so you don’t feel bed springs, plug for bathroom sink, a cleaner who can empty bins and clean! Oh and a person who you can contact incase there is an issue (home owner doesn’t answer his phone, messages or emails)

Still waiting for my full refund as promised by booking.com and the property manager

We never got to stay at the property as we found out that the booking had been cancelled when we arrived.

We were told by the booking.com that the boiler was not working so we would not be able to stay. The manager called later saying that the booking.com made a mistake on taking on the booking.

We had a really good stay at Mudeford Muse. The host was incredible and property was nice and clean.

Not up to standard, Meh!

Location was handy for all our usual destinations . Garden is a sun trap with decent furniture

Bed lumpy and too low. Shower not working. Bin full and not collected Fridge tiny and no good for self catering Bits and pieces of household items damaged, broken or dirty. Lawn scattered with weeks old dog mess

Great host with prompt response and reassurance if we needed anything just to message

Amazing value for money and location 10 minute walk from the beach pictures are as the property shows great little find and most definitely value for money. Isaac the host was always prompt in response and checked we had arrived and settled in ok. And then checked throughout our stay that everything was ok. Also the fact we could bring our dog with no extra cost to the booking is a massive plus as a lot of places charge you the earth for your furry pet to come along

Mudeford Muse

Nice house in a great location. It is near the beach and plenty of shops and eating places nearby. The garden had outdoor table/seating so we had a lovely meal and drinks in the sun. The bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep and the location was peaceful.

There was noticeable purple and yellow marker stains on the carpet upstairs which could do with some attention. Also on arrival we found boxes of dominos pizzas dated 10/5/25 together with empty bottle of prosecco in the cupboard that the cleaners clearly missed.

Great value , simple property, with all you need for a basic beach stay

We loved the location being so close to the beach! The size of the property was perfect too. Issac was very reassuring and great on the communication, very considerate. Easy booking easy access. Really chuffed actually. Very sweet little house perfect for a one night over, we used it for the kids and to attend a wedding nearby. You are paying a great value price and that is all we needed.

Maybe could do with just a bit of a once over like bit of hand marks on the walls and the loo seat was a bit wobbly. But litetally nothing I would write a negative review about. Such a great price! Thank you.

Mudeford Muse

It was clean, comfortable with all the equipment we needed, including soft clean towels. As we were lucky with the sunshine, the outside table and chairs were very useful. The house was in an ideal location and Isaac was very amenable with our request. We would be happy to return.

Kitchen waste bin was a bit broken and the grass needed cutting.
