It’s location, cleanliness,had everything we needed
Beds very uncomfortable,bedding very worn and grubby also the duvet was far too thin, very dangerous glass coffee table which had obviously been attempted to be repaired unsuccessfully unfortunately,NEEDS REMOVING IMMEDIATELY !!!before there are accidents . as it was a constant concern when you have young children staying and a pet dog , no curtains in double room and lots of the blinds around the caravan missing which made shutting out any light impossible.

The caravan was spotlessly clean and had small conveniences, such as washing liquid, condiments, loo roll etc. It was warm and comfortable. The holiday park is nice and close to the beach. The caravan is located on a nice plot.
The bedding was clean but worn and could do with being updated. The blinds were broken in places and the little coffee table was broken so just a couple of minor maintenance jobs.

Collected keys from a lock box at the property
It wasn’t the cleanest also blinds missing in the lounge area so when closing at night was pointless because of the gaps, the blind in the main bedroom was broken too couldn’t open to let light in. I did contact the owner, they said new blinds had been ordered.
Also need to look at the cleaning staff as lots of cobwebs in the property and dead flies in the lights, only 4 cups and plates when there was 6 of us so had to go buy a couple of cups there was no tin opener either which is an essential ☹️
The caravan was lovely but very tired, the out door decking was lovely and the views also, just needs a bit of an upgrade.
