Pleasant stay. Used as a base while we visited daughter at local university. Some beautiful dog walks nearby.

Nice, comfortable caravan.

The caravan was spotlessly clean and had small conveniences, such as washing liquid, condiments, loo roll etc. It was warm and comfortable. The holiday park is nice and close to the beach. The caravan is located on a nice plot.

The bedding was clean but worn and could do with being updated. The blinds were broken in places and the little coffee table was broken so just a couple of minor maintenance jobs.

Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday or dropping your child off at Aber uni and only being 10 mins away

Its location to the beach and also close to Aberystwyth.

Not really a dislike of the property but the park rules were broken over several nights and the facilities on the park closed very early during the week.

Our stay was lovely as we made it nice with our family, few things need to be done at the property

Collected keys from a lock box at the property

It wasn’t the cleanest also blinds missing in the lounge area so when closing at night was pointless because of the gaps, the blind in the main bedroom was broken too couldn’t open to let light in. I did contact the owner, they said new blinds had been ordered. Also need to look at the cleaning staff as lots of cobwebs in the property and dead flies in the lights, only 4 cups and plates when there was 6 of us so had to go buy a couple of cups there was no tin opener either which is an essential ☹️ The caravan was lovely but very tired, the out door decking was lovely and the views also, just needs a bit of an upgrade.

Enjoyable three day Stay

Quiet, because it was off-season position we wanted in the area we wanted walking distance to the beach

They clean and well cared for the signs of age non bed working fire and blinds could’ve done with a recycling bin given the amount of money paid we would’ve expected towels and for the beds to be made up

Great place, great location to the beach and places to eat and drink. Lovely walk into Aberystwyth and our dog loved it.

Excellent location to everything, lovely walk into Aberystwyth and plenty on places to eat if you want to stay on site.

Maybe curtains up at the double bedroom window, the blind didn’t keep the early morning light out.
