Birthday break

It was very spacious apartment with beatiful views. Plenty of choices where to go for a walk which we enjoyed very much. Lots to still explore next time. Shops very close so no need to take a lot with you.

The stairs to go upstairs were very loud in one place when you stand on them. The wardrobes didn't have any shelves which was not great. I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase. Toaster was only for very thin bread so anything thicker got stuck. Can't see a point of having it. I have 3 kids and we couldn't put the washing on after 5pm as vibrations were shaking the whole building (and they were!) but it was still daytime till 7-8pm so don't get it. We had very windy weather so it was hard to sleep at night but you need to take it into the account as you are on the hill with sea front.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Clean and tidy. Everything we needed. Great to have the gated decking. Nice tv. Shower room and toilet, plus a 2nd toilet which was great.

No WiFi or towels included. Would be great to have these highlighted in the info so you're aware. Single beds are narrow and very short for tall kids, but they managed. Everything else was great :-)

Perfect break. A mix of relaxation and entertainment

We had a wonderful stay in the caravan — the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment thanks to the great on-site facilities. A lovely beach walk is right on your doorstep, and if you're up for a longer hike, you can even reach Aberystwyth on foot while enjoying stunning views from the hilltop. All in all, a fantastic escape from everyday life.

I would not recommend booking this site as they will take your money and then cancel your booking

Nothing to like as we didn't get to stay as despite having payment taken and our booking having been confirmed, it was cancelled on the day we were supposed to arrive so we had to find alternate accommodation in the car on the way to our friends wedding

The property managers cancelled our trip 4 hours before our arrival via text message. I received a request for the parties information the day before we were due to arrive, which I provided and still they cancelled the booking as they'd already booked it in for someone else.

Fantastic accommodation! First class owner.

A fabulous staycation. Kara was so friendly and helpful. She upgraded our caravan at no extra charge to provide a decking area for our fur baby. I would definitely recommend staying here. The facilities were great and the entertainment at the showboat club was brilliant.

The showboat kitchen served me a raw chicken burger, no apology was given or even an offer to remake my meal. A refund was given but I went hungry that night and had a very upset stomach

Lovely stay, would come again!

The location was great and the view from the caravan was spectacular! The inside was clean and had all the utilities that we needed. Internet was fast, TV had a lot of channels. Everything from the toilet to the plugs worked great. We loved our stay and always looked forward to coming back after spending the day outside!

I think the tiniest problem we had was the leakage from the window but other than that, it was pleasant.

It says on the listing 'no parking' which was a bit confusing as we were able to park outside Also there is no mention of no bedding until after you have booked which was also a little annoying

location. a walk away to amenities & beach. food from the Showboat and chip shop on site delicious. As a end property room outside for our dog to play safely. nice table & chairs outside the caravan to sit in the sun. bed linen smelt lovely. did smell nice for a caravan that is used for dogs.

unfortunately the nice smell of air freshner wore off after the first day and there was an aroma of urine on the sofa. could do with some febreeze spray. as its a dog friendly caravan i assume some doggy had a tinkle where he shouldnt 🥴 it was cold and small in the bedroom. **however the owner supplied a new heater**which did make a difference. blind needs replacing in bathroom. there was a repair on the edge of the main bedroom door as the edge was coming off. only superficial. no Netflix which hubby missed or internet off the tv. the shower head was screwed in position so couldnt be adjusted.

The Beach was stunning, also our caravan 192 felt cosy and spacious, all the electrical points and devices worked perfectly

The noise from the club and no notification of when everything shut on site, or facilities that where still in use, for example the on site pool being shut understandly due to Covid19 No feed back for the campsite to rate us as customers

The location was great. Very quiet. The host was fantastic

Toilet seat and bathroom blind was broken and the stools at table was broken. Shower was mouldy. My child fell off it and hurt themselves Beds and sofa bed was hard. I'm 8 months pregnant so being comfortable was important . Caravan was very dusty and sofa was dirty. The windows was letting a huge draught through. No hot water in kitchen. The communication was fantastic with the host and that's why I would return.
