Location, facilities, accommodation, peaceful, access to Aberystwyth over Constitution Hill, and Ceredigion coast path.
Bed very firm in main bedroom for our preference. Suggest a memory foam topper. However, could have slept on the settees which were really comfortable.

Everything was perfect communication and information was amazing. The caravan itself was spacious and really well equipped perfect for anyone and everyone.

The caravan was very comfortable and clean. All the essentials were provided. I had a great time with my kids there.
The indoor pool in the main building was clean and quite big.
There was no lifeguard at the swimming pool and it happened twice, that I couldn't use it with my kids. They require at least two adults in the pool with the kids and we had to wait for someone else to join the pool. I understand the safety reasons, but it was annoying. Also the pool closes at 3.45pm which is very early in my opinion.
