Die Ferienwohnung grenzt an einen großen Garten. Man kann dort eine Terrasse nutzen. Da das Haus in zweiter Reihe liegt, ist es recht ruhig. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war so exakt, dass man das Haus gut finden konnte. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, mit jeweils einem Schrank. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben aber nur gefrühstückt. Es gibt einen gemütlichen Wintergarten. Umfangreiches Infomaterial zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Freizeitmöglichkeiten am See.
Das Bad ist recht klein, die flache Dusche ist allerdings groß. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig.

Die Wohnung ist recht ordentlich und groß. Liegt sehr ruhig. Hat eine überdachte Terrasse, eine Art Wintergarten mit Blick ins Grüne. In der Entfernung sind die Berge zu sehen. Der See ist 2,5 km entfernt Eigener Parkplatz. Benutzung der Waschmaschine
Die Wohnung hat einen Renovierungs-und Sanierungsbedarf. Die Matratzen sind eingelegen. Als Unterbau der Betten dienen Bretter, die teilweise unter dem Rahmen hingen. Die Scheiben des Wintergartens sind blind. Die Beschattung überall zerrissen. die Halterungen defekt und mit Klebeband oder ähnlichem geflickt, schade... Die Wohnung wurde bestimmt mit viel Energie und Ideen hergerichtet, aber einiges ist schief gelaufen. Es besteht ein ziemlicher Pflegemangel. Somit ist sie derzeit zu teuer.
