Kompakti, pieni huoneisto jossa lähes kaikki tarvittava.
Huoneisto on jyrkkien portaiden päässä, 3:ssa kerroksessa. Alaovi oli hieman jäykkä, mutta saimme lopulta sen aina auki.

Limpieza, equipamiento y diseño. Todo muy bien.
Pequeño para tres, el sofá cama es muy, muy, incómodo con unas barras transversales que no permiten dormir. Las zojas comunes están bastante deterioradas y la puerta de la calle se atasca, de hecho cuando llegamos tuvimos que llamar y al final se abrió de un golpe.

Huoneessa oli hyvä sänky ja erinomaiset mukavuudet. Keittiö ja kylpyhuone olivat hyvin varusteltu. Plussaa pyykinpesumahdollisuudesta. Sijainti oli lapsen kanssa erinomainen. Lähistöllä runsaasti ravintoloita ja kahviloita, sekä ainakin kaksi suurempaa ruokakauppaa.
Pimennysverhot toimivat heikosti, valoa pääsi paljon läpi ylhäältä ja sivuilta.
