De ligging en het feit dat het nieuw en modern is.
Er was geen airco / verwarming of niet duidelijk hoe te gebruiken. Een keukenhanddoek was er ook niet (wel badhanddoeken en bedlinnen).

Sehr sauber, super Lage am Hafen. Grundausstattung vorhanden. Super Instruktionen zum Selfcheckin. Sehr komfortabel!
Leider keine Kaffeemaschine. Rollos wären von Vorteil in der Jahreszeit, wo es auch nachts nicht richtig dunkel wird. Leider auch ein Duschvorhang, also alles Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
