Apartamentai miesto centre, todėl lankytini objektai lengvai pasiekiami pėsčiomis. Butas naujai įrengtas, švarus, visko pilnai pakako neilgai viešnagei.
Butas nedidelis, kompaktiškas, todėl nedaug erdvės, netiktų didesniam keliautojų skaičiui arba stambesniems asmenims (ypač miegamajame). Labai chloruotas vandentiekio vanduo, tarsi maudytumeisi baseine.

Tout, l'appartement est magnifique et fonctionnel. Le lit est confortable et il y a un surmatelas pour utiliser le canapé. Le linge de lit est de bonne qualité. Tout est propre. Moins de 10 min de marche pour voir la mer et 20 pour aller dans la vielle ville. 20min pour aller au marché de balti jam.
