Zair’s place offers incredible value and is exceptionally well-equipped and spotless. The hosts were highly responsive, though everything was so well-prepared that I barely needed assistance. Despite some reviews noting basement dampness, my seven-night stay was perfectly comfortable; standard ventilation kept the air completely fresh. The space easily accommodates 3–4 people, and the superstore across the street makes cooking convenient.
Just note that the lower level is accessed via a tight spiral staircase, which may not suit everyone, though it was fine for me.

Lieliska komunikācija ar saimnieci. Ideāla atrašanās vieta. Auto stāvvietu izdevās atrast bez problēmām, tieši pie naktsmītnes.

The outside of the apartment was in quite bad condition, but that didn't really matter

Lokācija ļoti laba, atrodas netālu no Telliskivi kvartāla.
