Cute apartment, next to old town, with free parking

The flat is super cozy and with perfect location. Near nice places, tram and train station!

-Lots of utensils, like flour, coffee, tea, pasta, oil, spices, iron and ironing board, washing machine etc -The location is really great, a 10min walk to the city centre but the street is very quiet and safe -The whole apartment is very cute and probably freshly renovated: you’ll also find lots of board games etc -The bed is comfy, rather soft -The owner is very kind -Free parking and WiFi -The living area is quite large

-Unfortunately you can see through the main window if the light is on- these blinds are not enough -It was clean, but not deep cleaned so keep that in mind. The sofa for example needs some serious cleaning -The bathroom is really tiny but manageable, although the water was going very slowly through the drain -The garden outside is extremely neglected and is not suitable for sitting outside

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were really good! The apartment was tidy and neat. It was mostly quiet (see below). It was easy to find and we could park on the front yard. The location was superb! Balti Jaam Turg was maybe 4 minutes of walking away, and so was Telliskivi area.

The bathroom didn't have a bidee shower (but this is normal in Estonia, not the fault of this apartment). Outside noises (loud walkers, random dog barking) were clearly audible inside, so if you are looking for mouse quiet apartment, this isn't it. Otherwise, the noises won't disturb. When taking a shower the water stayed long in the stall, draining really slowly. Maybe the drain was clogged? The AC shut down occasionally and had to be restarted. Otherwise the apartment would get cold.

Well equipped room, perfect location near to old town as well as old harbour or Kulturikatel.

Small apartment, suitable for two people or parents with child not for 3 and more adults.
