Man konnte die Küche jederzeit benutzen und sich selber Essen machen. Das Hotelzimmer war gut ausgestattet und es wurde sehr schnell geantwortet.
Leider hatte das Bettzeug flecken.

La posizione era ottima, di fronte l'uscita della metropolitana. La camera era pulita, i letti comodi e tutte le mattine avevamo a disposizione una cucina dove poter fare colazione con vari prodotti

とにかくロケーションが最高。회기駅までの距離が歩いて数分ととても近い上に、コンビニ、ダイソー、スーパー、飲食店、カフェ、郵便局など、生活に必要なものが全てホテルの近くにある。
スタッフの対応が良かったという口コミを見たが、全く逆であった。男性スタッフはとても愛想が悪い。分からないことを質問してもぶっきらぼうに伝えるだけで、理解できるように教えてくれない。ロビーで出会っても挨拶もしない。彼の対応は全てがとても不快だった。また、インボイスのPDFを送ってくれと頼んだ時には、後で送ると言ったのにも関わらす結局退去まで送ってくれなかった。反面、女性スタッフは常に笑顔で対応してくれ、感じが良かった。
